I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how pleased we were with your service. I had another company come out to clean out my dryer vent about 2 weeks ago, and they weren't able to clear the blockage completely. My husband and I were very upset that the work was not performed as promised. I called NU FLO after searching the web. Kim was great - She returned my call promptly, was able to answer all of my questions, and gave me very detailed information about the process. Mike (I believe it was mike - my mother was at the house since i had to work) came out to the house and cleared the blockage, which included what looked like the beginnings of a birds nest, as well as allot of lint. It's scary to see how much lint and other items can accumulate in the vent. Now my brand new dryer is working as it should. Thank you so much!!!!! Ill be sure to schedule our appointment same time next year!!!

I just finished posting a 5 star review on Yelp.com which is how i heard of you to begin with. I want to thank you for a great job. You were punctual, thorough in your explanation of what needed to be done, and left everything in good order. Everyone was terrific from the gentleman who returned my call, on Friday after thanksgiving to the woman i spoke with on the phone when i called to make an appointment to the technician. A great job! It took several cycles on my dryer and with a towel wet with vinegar to remove the odor of the animals from my dryer, but it is smelling fine now, and i did a load of clothes and there is no odor. Thanks again for a job well done.
